Wonderful and fairly clean hotel with good value. Amiable staff and absolutely superb breakfasts with special birthday cake, Indian dishes, and bakery. Good location in a commercial area, short walk to temperature control trolley and International Airport.

The staff were all understanding, which was unquestionably a plus. Asked for a double room and it was tidy and carpeted in proper condition.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The beds were very comfy, view over the city was magnificent!

Whenever we visit this place, we choose to stay here as the rooms are spacious and modern, the central location offers a courtyard view, and the lobby bar adds to the experience.

Great location just 2 miles from the city center, right in the heart of the shopping district. The beds are super comfy, and you can control the room temperature. Plus, there's a nice terrace attached for some fresh air vibes. 🌟

I loved the elegant-style building and spacious room at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel And Residences. The excellent club lounge came with great extras. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a variety of international cuisine and vegan options. The hotel's central location made it convenient, with shopping malls nearby.

Great spot to be at, with an awesome location! The free airport shuttle was a nice touch. The room we got was super cozy and spacious, with stunning views and a huge bathroom, just like they said. 🌟

Hotel is still new, but room outfit is already shows heavy use. Maintenance is not really good.

Supposedly 5 star conveniently located near the airport domestic terminal.

For a 5 star hotel the staff was not very helpful during the check-in. We arrived at midnight from our overseas flight wit 2 sleepy children. Our Booked.net reservation was not in their system and it took them more than 30 min to put us in a room. The room itself is in need of renovation. Wall to wall carpets are filthy and bathroom shower drain drips for the longest time. Very annoying while trying to sleep! Very disappointed with Hyatt as we are used to a much higher standard of cleanliness, detail and service, specially in a 5 star hotel. Will never go back to Grand Hyatt Mumbai!
